Frequently asked questions

A non-fungible token (NFT) is a unique digital asset recorded on a blockchain. Unlike fungible tokens (such as ETH or BTC), each NFT has a distinct identity and cannot be replicated. Owning an NFT means you hold a verifiable on-chain record of ownership for that specific digital item.

Browse collections, open the NFT you want, enter your self-custody wallet address, and click 'Buy now'. You'll be taken to a secure Wert checkout where you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Once payment is confirmed, the NFT is delivered directly to your wallet — usually within a few minutes.

We support Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment processing is handled by Wert, a regulated payment services provider. Availability of specific methods may vary by country.

After successful payment, our payment partner Wert triggers a blockchain transaction that transfers the NFT to the wallet address you provided at checkout. You do not need to hold any cryptocurrency — Wert handles the on-chain settlement on your behalf.

Enter a wallet address you control on the correct blockchain network (for example, an Ethereum address for an Ethereum NFT). Double-check the address before confirming — blockchain transactions are irreversible and we cannot recover NFTs sent to a wrong address.

The price shown at checkout includes a service fee (displayed as a percentage before you confirm). There are no hidden charges. Network gas fees for the blockchain delivery transaction are also covered — you pay one all-in price.

NFT purchases are generally final once the token has been delivered on-chain, because blockchain transactions are irreversible. If your payment was collected but delivery failed, or if you were charged in error, contact support and we will investigate promptly. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Identity verification is conducted by our payment partner Wert as part of the checkout process, in compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations. The level of verification required depends on your transaction amount and country. We do not collect or store identity documents ourselves.

Supported networks depend on the NFT collection. Each collection page shows the network (for example, Ethereum, Polygon, or Base). Always make sure your wallet address is compatible with the correct network before purchasing.

Yes. Fiatly is entirely non-custodial — we never hold your funds, private keys, or NFTs. Payments are processed by Wert, a regulated partner, and the NFT goes straight to your wallet. We have no access to your assets at any point.
