Refund & Cancellation Policy

Understand what happens if something goes wrong with your NFT purchase, and how we handle cancellation and refund requests.

1. Nature of NFT Purchases

NFTs are unique digital assets recorded on a blockchain. When you purchase an NFT through our marketplace, a blockchain transaction is created that transfers ownership of the token to your wallet address.

Due to the immutable and irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, NFT purchases are generally final once settlement has occurred on-chain.

2. Blockchain Finality — No Chargeback After Delivery

Once an NFT has been delivered to the wallet address you provided — confirmed by a successful on-chain transaction — the purchase is considered final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded.

This is an inherent characteristic of blockchain technology: transactions recorded on-chain cannot be undone by us or any other party. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your card issuer after on-chain delivery may constitute fraud.

3. Cancellation Before Settlement

If your order has been placed but payment has not yet been settled and the NFT has not been dispatched to the blockchain, you may be eligible to cancel. Please contact support immediately.

Cancellation requests before settlement are processed on a best-efforts basis. Once Wert has initiated the payment settlement process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

4. Failed or Incomplete Delivery

In the event of a technical failure that results in payment being collected but the NFT not being delivered to your wallet, we will investigate and, where confirmed, arrange for delivery of the NFT or a full refund of the purchase amount.

To report a failed delivery, contact support with your order reference, transaction hash (if available), and wallet address. We aim to resolve delivery issues within 5 business days.

5. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order, or charged an incorrect amount, please contact support immediately with your order details and payment confirmation.

Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment method within the timeframes permitted by our payment partner Wert.

6. How to Request a Review

To initiate a refund review or report a payment issue, contact our support team through the channels listed on the Service. Please include: your order reference number, the email used at checkout, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution or request additional information within 10 business days.

7. Payment Partner Role

Payment processing is handled by Wert. Refunds and reversals that involve the payment leg of a transaction (e.g., returning funds to your card) are subject to Wert's policies and the procedures of your card issuer or payment provider.

Processing times for refunds to your payment method are typically 5–10 business days but may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
